Bolt fans are excited...His sponsor Puma not so much.


Almost everyone and their momma knows about Usain Bolt by now. The fastest man alive has broken both world and Olympic records for the 100m and 200m at the Beijing games this past summer. Be that as it may Bolt's sponsor, Puma doesn't feel they need to up the ante as far as promotion is concerned. Unlike Michael Phelps from the US, and China's Liu Xiang who both received full page ads highlighting their accomplishments.

"When you do congratulations ads, are you doing it for Wall Street or for the consumer?" asks Puma's Chief Marketing Officer Antonio Bertone

He clearly feels it's the latter, what do you think?
