So the rumour is out...Warner Bros. picked up the rights to the film, and has gotten Gary Whitta to pen the script. Word that Leonardo DiCaprio and Joseph Gordon Levitt were to star have seemingly been debunked however. Nonetheless...Akira is going O'Reilly!MTV and First Showing has more.
