Android, iPhone... the BlackBerry has taken its fair share of heat from its competitors over the last while. This innovative re-haul of their device platform looks like it just might be what it’s going to take to win back some RIM dissidents. The fact that Barack Obama still uses a BlackBerry is just not enough to do it.

RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700 [GADGETS]

AT&T, Rogers and T-Mobile have announced they will be carrying the Bold 9700 in the weeks ahead. AT&T and T-Mobile’s 9700 will go for $199.99 after a $100 MIR on 2-year deals while Rogers will be asking for $299.99 on a 3-year contract with a monthly minimum voice and data plan of $45. Bell and TELUS have yet to come forward with pricing but have confirmed they will be carrying the device.

(Sneak Peak) Blackberry Gemini & Onyx [GADGETS]

Damn...I don't even want the Tour anymore! I dropped info on the Gemini, but this Onyx jawwn is slick as a perm. No balls (pause), no glory? I see an exception to the rule. I'll be keeping an eye on this for more details.

Blackberry 8520 (Gemini) [GADGETS]

No trackball…what?! It's the new an improved Curve, and apparently it uses an optical "trackpad"…you know, like your computer mouse with the red light on the bottom.

I put up the "Tour", rumoured to be dropping soon. However, this might be worth holding out for.
