I'm not sure if it gets much bigger than this. Though epic by any standard...to speak frankly, aside from the effect of prestige value of Lil Wayne and Eminem...their verses leaves something to be desired in my opinion. Nonetheless, as I said, epic by any standard.

Eminem Endorses Obama!

This was pretty much the only endorsement that was missing! I guess it's safe to say the election is in the bag now.

BC broadcaster Zane Lowe that he would be voting for Barack Obama next month, saying that the U.S. "needs something to change." OK -- let's play Tom Brokaw for a minute: Why, Em? "I can't get too political because I don't know enough," the Detroit rapper said. "I mean, I know we are going into a recession. Pardon the cliché, but we need something to change. I think Barack would be a breath of fresh air, to get in there and actually get what's left of the Bush administration out the door." The rest of the chat was about his forthcoming new album, "'Relapse," and how it was produced by Dr. Dre.

The Best Rapper Alive...

This, according to VIBE and almost 1 million polling correspondents, Eminem has been declared the "Best Rapper Alive" Do I agree with the results...I'm not sure. The poll ended up with Jay-Z coming in at a long 2nd with only 31% of the vote. The format was very much like a NCAA tournament with a total of 64 rappers, and those with the most votes proceeding to the next round. I am thinking Weezy may have to issue a retraction for all his earlier remarks.

Eminem issued this statement:

"It's obviously an honor to have won the fans' support by being voted the Best Rapper Alive," Em said in a statement released Tuesday (October 7). "I don't think that there is any one rapper that is simply the best, though. Everyone who was in consideration and many others are the best at certain things, and at what they do. But since Vibe's offering the distinction, hell yeah, I'll accept!"

LOL...this makes me reminds of a quote by Chris Rock:

You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named "Bush", "Dick", and "Colon".
