YMC Pony Hair Desert Boot [SHOES]
These would be fun for New Years Eve! I am fan of the desert boot silhouette...on top of that I find texture on footwear is playful. I feel YMC pulled this off very well...though not for you for the average.

Mark McNairy for Bass Weejuns Penny Loafers [SHOES]
Carlton Banks penny loafer steez ranging from $300 to $3675 (for the alligator) and will hit stores next spring.
The blue suede in a size 10.5 will be mine like that girl Mike sang about!
Most notable for his fine work with J. Press and eponymous English footwear label, American designer Mark McNairy lends his hand to yet another footwear project, this time alongside Maine-based shoe makers Bass Weejuns. The outcome reflects McNairy’s style, keeping everything simple with a strong emphasis on material quality and construction.

Ralph Lauren Alligator Driving Loafers

Ralphy is hurting them with these! I'll take all all 5 and first class ticket to Málaga.
...continuing his theme of ultra-luxe accessories in go-to-hell colors with his latest offering for men, the Garda Alligator Driver (above). The classic Italian driving shoe is given a stylish twist in brilliantly-hued genuine alligator skin with equestrian hardware. The loafers come in five colors: Emerald Green, Cherry Red, Marine Blue, Purple, and Black, and are priced at $3,800 a pair. For an additional $920, you can also get a matching alligator skin belt (available in most of the same colors) with an engravable sterling silver buckle. Lauren has also made belts and boots in vivid alligator for women, but it's in the men's items that these colors really pop.via Luxist

FTL - Maison Martin Margiela Cut-Out Knee-High Boot

Time for another For The Ladies post. I love a girl with a mean shoe game, so when I saw these I immediately knew I had to throw it up on the blog. I’d have to personally walk up to any female wearing these bad boys and congratulate them on an excellent purchase!
Also available in white, and black you can pick a pair or three via eLuxury if you’re so compelled.
Props to Ferris!

Last These Sneakers Saved My Life!

I have seen Clae sneakers around the city at various shops, and I’ve take double takes of a few pairs. However, I can honestly say that if I had seen this particular pair there would have been an immediate purchase made! A stellar wing tipped, caramel & walnut slick piece of footwear. I am now currently on the hunt of the Canadian distribution arm, because I would like a sponsorship! LOL

Mean Shoe Game...

Just in time for fall, Quoddy Trail, a shoe company started by the Shorey family of Maine, USA:
...has been making moccasins for generations, beginning with Harry Smith Shorey, in the early 1900s. Started in Downeast Maine, near the shore of the Passamaquoddy Bay, we make traditional moccasin styles using time-honored techniques and quality materials. Each process is done by hand — cutting, skiving, stitching, and handsewing. This is handsewn to the “tip” with locked stitches to ensure comfort and durability, the two most important benefits of moccasin construction. All styles, soled or unsoled, have full leather sock liners (not just half) and heel padding for added comfort and cushioning.
These joints are wild, and are only $236. Available at South Willard
