US Launch of Levi’s Vintage Clothing [FASHION]

It doesn’t get better for me than the Levi’s Vintage Clothing collection. The garments are produced to exact historical specifications, almost becoming new dead stock jeans. If you live in Europe or Japan it has been easier to get your hands on a pair of Levi’s LVC than if you live in the States. Well friends, times they are a changin’. LS & CO recently formed a specific group (called “XX” meaning “extra strong”) to consolidate the company’s premium businesses. This new division will be headed up by the well respected Maurizio Donadi, who is a veteran of both Diesel and RRL. Safe to say XX is in good hands. Along with the new focus on the premium market, you will see that LVC is going to have a more consistent presence in the land of the free, which is how it should be.

Vintage Kanye! [MUSIC]

Posts have been far and few in between the last few days. But I'm back! Came across this guerrilla Ye' record! Lets you know that he did actually rap at one time. The grit of this joint actually reminds me of the a hook I did for the first record I've ever done clowning around this past weekend. Yeah...I just compared myself to an early Kanye. I might actually post it soon...watch out now!

A.P.C. Denim Trade In Program

I picked up my first pair of A.P.C a few weeks ago and they have immediately become my favourite jeans. The New Standards I picked up are raw/rigid and the idea is that you break them in, but now apparently I can skip that step. Folks can soon purchase a pre-broken in pair directly from A.P.C, that was originally sold back to the company from say...me! for half price, cleaned, dressed up and re-sold at premium. Now you have a authentic finishes, and a not mass manufacturer wash which most distressed denim company's use.
