Instagram Digital Camera [GADGETS]

Currently only a concept, but after Facebook’s $1 Billion dollar acquisition of Instagram, and designer Antonio De Rosa's brilliant mock up design and bid for funding, this might have the steam to become the 21st century’s Polaroid. If brought into production the camera would retail for $350, with contributors being promised a discount on their purchase of the final product.

Gangster Squad [MOVIES]

Osheaga Music Festival 2012 [CONCERTS]

Osheaga is a unique and eclectic music and arts festival staged in the breath-taking environs of Montreal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau on Île Sainte-Hélène, an island of tranquility set in the middle of the bustle of one of North America’s most exciting cities. Suicide Bomb Picture x Pulitzer Prize Winner [PHOTOGRAPHY]

AFP photographer Massoud Hossaini has been awarded the 2012 Pulitzer Prize for his heartbreaking image of a girl crying in fear after a suicide bomber's attack on a crowded shrine in Kabul. The bombing, carried out as part of a coordinated attack during Ashura ceremonies commemorated the martyrdom of Imam Hussein.

The blast killed at least 54 people, including Taraneh's (the little girl in green screaming featured in the photograph) brother, aunts and uncles. The irksome shot was taken at the Abul Fazel Shrine in Kabul, Afghanistan, on 6 December 2011 and has secured Hossaini $10,000 in the breaking news photography category by Pulitzer.

A small price to pay for such a big price to pay.
