If you're like me...and have not converted to the Mac side yet, but is struggling to cope with the annoyances of Microsoft Vista. There may be some hope yet! Microsoft is releasing the beta version of Windows 7 today, and though it's a beta I don't see how it can be any worse than Vista is currently! Dude.
They added a "Dock" just like OSX.
They also added a "transparent window" feature.
Just like expose on OSX.
