Th Australian crooner, Daniel Merriweather, has quickly become a favourite of mine. I rifled through youtube for a sampling of his catalogue after watching The Ugly Truth and picked out his song; "Chainsaw" that was featured in the film. The debut album is a solid effort, and his sound is very remiscent to some of the greats...Stevie, Prince, D'Angelo...even some Jamiroquai.Love & War is available now on iTunes.
