A documentary on the life and career of The Notorious B.I.G. is officially coming to Netflix, and the streaming service unveiled the first trailer.

Reebok Can Be Sold To Master P And Baron Davis [BUSINESS]

Reebok may be getting a new owner, as its German sportswear parent company Adidas looks to offload the household name brand. Once a cultural icon of epic proportions, Reebok has struggled in recent years to gain a foothold with today’s trendsetters and tastemakers. This could be changing as new buyers including a business dream team of hip-hop business mogul, Percy “Master P” Miller and former NBA All-Star Baron Davis are looking to acquire the company and bring Soulja Slim's legacy to a whole new level, and could garner an asking price of around $2.4 billion. Is it time for the culture to take ownership of some of the products it helped to cultivate?

Remember that sneakers by rappers like Kanye West, Drake and Pharrell with companies including Nike and Adidas have created a consumer frenzy, as these influencers dictate business and trends. Cultural endorsers have basically usurped athletes as the go-to tastemakers in the sneaker industry. Hip hop artists have gone from subtle co-signers who helped start grassroots movements, to indirect ad men, to power brokers. Reebok’s latest cultural influencers to head up its roster include rap sensations Cardi B and Kendrick Lamar.

Big K.R.I.T - Mt. Olympus [VIDEO]

K.R.I.T.'s sophomore album Cadillactica is coming soon.

Overdosed on hocus-pocus, jibber-jabber
Snap on my stature was firebreathin' dragon
King of every castle, how you signin' rappers?
All these labels must be givin' out a raffle
Wranglin' like cattle, keep a nigga shackled
Leavin' people baffled, tap dance nigga
Misleadin' all of your rap fans, nigga
Might as well just do a lap dance, nigga
Sap ass nigga
Do whatever for some dap ass nigga
I ain't got time
To watch out for children, stay out my kitchen
The shit that I'm cookin' ain't meant for your kind
Crackin' and bashin' the shit out your spine
King with a crown, humble and tall
Tyrants never keep quiet, they'd rather be violent
So I'm beheading them all!
The lay of the land, I'm settin' fire to buildings and bridges
You ain't sell out a show until you sell out one in Mississippi
What’s good for Hip Hop may not be good for my soul
So, I keep flexin', wreckin', for the people that respect it
Check it, fuck a Control

(Are you not entertained!)
Bih!

Future feat. André 3000 – Benz Friendz (Watchutola) [MUSIC]

White button down and emory scrubs
Had to write her birthday down 'cause my memory sucks
But this shit come back up like some acid reflux
Or Michael Jackson jacket with some plastic zip ups
I was zippin' through the city and I don't give a fuck
1994 Toyota Land Cruiser because
That bitch never broke down on me, why would I do that to her
Simplism, symbolism I pull up at a club
And might never buy a new car again if I can help it
'Cause if I buy one they will sell ten and what I'm left with
Throw a nigga one on his rim, then we might can talk
Til then I will ride my fucking bike or walk

Flatbush ZOMBiES - Better Off Dead [MUSIC]

The girl I'm currently seeing put me onto the BK, New York trio Flatbush ZOMBiES just recently, and these dudes are dope... err hope! Breathing life into hip-hop, all hands down; 6:30! They have released their heavily-delayed, but finally available new mix-album, Better Off Dead. I'd call them a hybrid of Wu-Tang and The Ruff Ryders... you remember them, right?

Included on the bulky, 19-track free release is the Booth-featured, reader-approved "Palm Trees." Special guests are limited to buzzmakers Action Bronson and Danny Brown, while group architect and resident producer Erick Arc Elliott handles the bulk of the set's boardwork. Both Harry Fraud ("LiveFromHell") and Obey City ("TP4") contribute one track a piece.

Toronto native, and what I like to call the youngest veteran MC, Raheem has just released his latest mixtape Never Enough: LoveTalentPlay. He has already has picked up accreditations under his belt from DJ Drama, as Toronto's own Famous. It's easy to see why, or more so hear why. The music is home-grown talent, and we root root root for the home team! The way we win is a go&d damn shame.

The Fader x Andre 3000 [INTERVIEW]

The Fader gets Andre 3 Stacks on the line fresh off his “DoYaThing” collaboration with Converse, the Gorillaz and James Murphy to speak on his collaborations, almost turning 40, the information era, OutKast, Rap’s next generation, and an upcoming solo project.

FADER: A music video used to be such an event. Is it also about taking some of that excitement back?

Andre: Yeah, maybe. I don’t know. Things have changed now. There’s so much content. People record everything. People will record [themselves] sitting on the toilet seat just talking. I don’t know what’s an event anymore. The only thing I know how to do is go with what I know, and I just feel like—it just didn’t seem like a right time to do it. For me to jump in videos, if I wasn’t sure I was prepared to back it up. I always felt like, if I’m going to jump in the video, there’s going to be an album coming.
